Mary Senders
Creative Solutions

Mary Senders co-founded In Your Space in 2002 with an interest in providing high-quality faux finishes to customers while giving talented artists an opportunity to work in a successful and professional company. Mary has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College and a Master's degree from San Jose State. Mary enjoys providing creative solutions and professional customer service to all of our valuable clients and partners.

Danny Phillips
Director of Operations

Danny Phillips cofounded In Your Space in 2002 with the vision of establishing an authentic artisan collaborative that could change the faux industry. Graduating from University of Central Florida with a BS in Teaching, Danny has been instrumental in training & raising up the leaders of IYS. He's created and developed most of the faux finishes of In Your Space. He's also studied in Italy and CA for authentic buon fresco. He also works on his own mixed media collages and has been featured in many magazines.

Our team focuses on our core values of professionalism, iniative, quality, quantity, attitude and teamwork. We have an extensive faux-finishing training program in austin, texas that guides each team, starting at apprentice, then artisan, then master artisan. We strive for the highest excellence in the arts.

Jason Stone
Artistic Director

Jason Stone has been with In Your Space since the summer of 2004. In that time he worked as an Artisan, then Master Artisan, and now Artistic Director. Jason is a passionate artist who loves adding extra touches to make each project unique. After a year at Mississippi State, he transferred to Texas State where he studied Communication Design.

Kari Allman
Project Coordinator

Kari Allman started with In Your Space in June of 2006 and in that time has worked as an Artisan, Master Artisan, and now Project Coordinator. By seeing the big picture as well the details, she keeps the team organized onsite and keeps clients up to speed with the projects. Kari graduated from Baylor University with a minor in French and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting with additional studies at Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, Italy.

Master Artisan

Jill Garcia joined In Your Space in July of 2010. Jill brings a positive attitude and determination to each project she leads. Her eclectic taste and sophisticated eye allows her to display creativity and organization onsite. A Birmingham native, Jill graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts in studio art with an emphasis in painting.

Kevin Rushton
Mater Artisan

Kevin Rushton came onto the In Your Space team in July of 2010. His past experience in leadership and in faux techniques makes him a necessary addition to the company. Kevin is also a hardworking and motivated leader on and off the project sites. The artist that inspires Kevin most is Amedeo Modigliani.

Bree Moore

Bree Moore joined the In Your Space team in August of 2011. She has been in the faux industry for the past ten years and has quickly become a valued addition to the team. Bree attended the Art Institute of Dallas and continues to work on her own paintings in her spare time. One of the artists that inspires Bree most is Vincent Van Gogh.

Eric Foote joined the In your Space team in May 2010. Not only does he create visual art, but he also loves writing and playing music. His creativity on the job and love of people make him an excellent team member. Eric earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art from the University of Texas.

Heather Huggins started with In Your Space in February 2011. Since that time she has been an asset to the team by her light hearted spirit and desire for excellence on projects. A graduate of Texas State University with additional studies at California Polytechnic State University, Heather earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in communication design.

Maurice Fox has been with In Your Space since June of 2011. Since then he has been a great addition to the team with his positive and hardworking attitude. Besides creating art Maurice loves being outdoors and producing music. Some of his favorite artists include Salvador Dali and Andy Warhol.

Blake Bennett joined IYS in September of 2011. A Louisiana native, he loves to be outdoors and enjoys anything with sports. Blake's ten years of experience in painting and drywall has been a great asset to the team as well as his willingness to tackle any challenge he faces on the job site.
